Pietro (Piotr Malec)

Pietro is not just another pizzeria you come across everywhere. Behind its creation lies the rich story of its owner, who dedicated a significant part of his life to finding the answer to the question: “How do you make a good pizza?” The story begins more than 20 years ago when Piotr had to emigrate to Italy. As a young and hopeful individual, he was searching for his passion. After many months of searching, he found it.

Starting his work at the restaurant “La Tenuta di RoccaBruna” under the guidance of chefs who had been making pizza for generations, Piotr gained experience in pizza-making, and it became a part of his life. Twenty years passed this way. The time came for him to return to Poland. The many years he dedicated to making pizza paid off, leading to the creation of Pizzeria Pietro.

In our pizzeria, we dedicate great attention to both our products and our customers. In Italy, a customer is considered part of the family, and we strive to uphold this tradition. We are a place where you can chat and spend quality time. To make our customers’ stay enjoyable, we offer various attractions, such as our pony Jaś, foosball, and an outdoor billiard table where you can play for free. Pietro is the perfect spot if you want to read a book in peace by the pond or enjoy lively evening gatherings. We also organize special events and guarantee you won’t regret choosing our venue.

We put a piece of our heart into making every pizza. The ingredients we use are natural and sourced from local suppliers. Our pizza dough is made on-site using various types of flour, free from chemical additives. The chicken is cooked without oil. We prepare everything in our wood-fired oven, and the pizza itself is made right in front of the customer, so they can see and appreciate our dedication.

The experience Piotr gained in Italy also led to unique offerings, such as Italian sandwiches with an unparalleled taste, a result of his work in RoccaBruna, and our signature dish, the “Pieróg Pietro”.
